Centre Fire Pen Launcher.  This is a pull-style launcher.  Hold the body of the launcher in one hand.  Use the thumb and pointer finger of the other hand to hold the bottom portion of the launcher. Pull the slide mechanism to launch the cartridge. Used to launch our 15mm flares, bearbangers, whistles, and comet flares

Tru Flare Safety Instructions:
Model # 01C Pull-Style Pen Launcher:

When ready to load, unscrew the plastic cap on the bottom of the banger/flare/whistle. Set the launcher to the safety notch by simply pulling straight back and twisting the bottom portion of the launcher. Make sure the banger/flare/whistle is screwed in all the way. To fire, pull straight back on the bottom portion of the launcher (pull back as far as it will go) and twist the end so that the notch moves to the area that says "fire and release". When firing, keep your arm fully extended and away from your face.
