Our Commitment to Privacy
We respect to your privacy. macecanada.com  will not disclose or sell information about you, your account, or your purchases to anyone outside of Kodiak Wildlife Products, Inc., without your prior consent. The terms of the Privacy and Security Policy apply only to information collected by this site. Kodiak is not responsible for Privacy practices of other sites that may be linked to this site.

When ordering any product online, your information is taken over a secure connection using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL works by using a private key to encrypt data that is transferred over the SSL connection, your data cannot be intercepted. This data will never be shared with any third party, so you can be certain any information you provide us will only be used to complete your order. We also use password protection on our server so no one will have access to this information who is not authorized.

Consent to Jurisdiction and Choice of Law

The terms and conditions of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Provincial and Federal Courts of the Province of Alberta and further agree to submit to personal jurisdiction of the Courts of Alberta for the purpose of litigating any claim or action.

Changes to Terms of Use

Return Policy

Refunds or credits are for the purchase price only. Purchases of animal repellent pepper sprays for shipment outside of Canada will be assessed a $20.00 refund processing fee. Refund processing currency is at the discretion of the company.  Returned products will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Shipping can only be refunded due to an error on our part. All non-defective products received within the 30-day return period, must be returned 100% complete, in resalable condition, including manuals, blank warranty cards (if any) and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer. To insure proper credit, please contact us before returning an item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You can contact us at (403) 238-2207 or by e-mail. We will not accept returns without a valid RMA number issued by a customer care representative. If the return does not have an RMA # clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton, the product will be returned at the customer's expense. This will delay crediting your account. Refunds will be issued immediately upon receiving the item according to the instructions stated above. Due to how different credit card companies handle refunds, please allow up to 45 days or two billing cycles for all refunds to be recorded to your account. Conditions of Sale

It is the responsibility of the buyer, and not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable provincial, local, state and federal laws in regard to the possession, and the use of any item for sale through this site. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age to purchase and use the products. 

Shipping

We make every effort to ship your items within 24 hours. of receiving your order. We ship most items using Canada Post, Purolator or DHL/Loomis depending on weight. Orders should arrive within 9 days not including weekends.

Backorders

If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will make every effort to contact you within 24 hours. Please provide your e-mail address or phone number when ordering. We will hold your order until you inform us to either continue with the shipment of items in stock or wait until all items can be shipped.
